Glow Bracelets as Game Pieces

Instead of using traditional X’s and O’s, Tic-Tac-Glow replaces them with glow bracelets as O’s that can be worn and played with and X’s with fluorescent stars or you can tape two glow bracelets together to form an X.

Glow bracelets serve as the perfect “game pieces,” providing a fun and functional twist. We like using fluorescent stars because they work well with the blacklight in the room and match the sizing of the glow bracelet O’s.

Using a black plastic disposable tablecloths will help your pieces and board pop.

The glowing colors are perfect for a table activity at a glow party. Not all guests attending the glow party will want to dance, having activities like glow Tic-Tac-Toe gives them another activity.  Mix and match different colors of glow bracelets to distinguish between players. Whether you’re using bright neon pink for one player and electric green for another, the glowing bracelets help create a colorful and dynamic display on the board.

Glow Tape to Mark the Board

To make your Tic-Tac-Glow game board come alive, consider using glow tape to outline the board itself. For smaller boards we recommend 1/2in neon glow tape (pictured) or 1in glow tape for larger boards. The best colors to mark the board are the four primary fluorescent glow colors:

• Neon Yellow
• Neon Green
• Neon Orange
• Neon Pink

Other colors like purple and blue may say they glow but generally don’t glow as well. Phosphorescent tapes or tapes that glow when exposed to light will put off a faint glow, but won’t glow as well as the primary fluorescent colors under blacklights.

Whether you’re hosting a party at home, planning a fun school activity, or creating a cool display at a nighttime event, you can get creative by taping designs on the table or floor, outlining the table, or creating different combinations of colorful boards.

The Magic of Blacklights

Blacklight makes everything look more dramatic and exciting, creating a fun atmosphere where everyone can get in on the action.

A cost effective way to light up large spaces like elementary school cafeterias, gyms, community centers, or other large spaces is by renting blacklights. Renting high power blacklights will illuminate large spaces with just a couple lights. This makes setup and breakdown quick and easy.
